Sleeps 6 – Beds are made up ready for you when you arrive. The apartment consists of an entrance hall leading to a bedroom with twin beds. There is a separate toilet and a shower room. Next door is the main living area, comprising comfortable seating including a double sofabed, a dining table with seven chairs, and a kichen area. On the opposite side of the living room, well separated from the twin bedroom, a door leads to the master double (super king) bedroom which has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The full kitchen includes a hob, full oven and microwave oven, fridge and freezer as well as the normal cooking equipment.

Although many balconies in the Village are currently closed by the Bourg St Maurice municipality, OUR BALCONY IS NOW OPEN AND AVAILABLE.

Duvets are provided for all beds – double + 2 x single plus the double sofabed on request. Clean bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcase) will be provided for each guest. Towels are provided for each guest – a bath towel and a hand towel each. We also provide a towel each for the swimming pool. A bath mat is provided for each bathroom. Small ‘starter kits’ are provided for bathroom toiletries and kitchen cleaning. Preparation of the apartment and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the rental price.

When we started renting the apartment ourselves, we modified the kitchen to make the worktops more useable. We also installed a new Samsung 40 inch HD TV with a subscription to Netflix, and our own dedicated broadband WiFi as well as access to the building’s own WiFi.

About us

We have owned this apartment from new, but in common with most owners at Arc 1950 we leased it to P & V and we were restricted to skiing for only 2 weeks per year. Happily now our apartment is available to rent for the whole season, apart from the weeks when our friends and family will be out in the Village enjoying the snow!
